REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

All purchases made on the DDC Training website are final. By enrolling in any course or training program, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

No Refunds

DDC Training does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Non-attendance or partial attendance

  • Failure to complete a course

  • Incompatibility with personal schedules

  • Dissatisfaction with course content

  • Technical issues on the user’s end

Course Access

Once payment is completed, immediate access to training materials may be granted. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are not possible once access is provided.

Live / Instructor-Led Training

Failure to attend scheduled live sessions or assessments does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Responsibility of the User

It is the responsibility of the user to:

  • Review course details before purchase

  • Ensure technical compatibility

  • Verify training suitability for their needs
